How to get a Turkish Mortgage
- We will submit all the required information to the nearest branch for your new home
- Together with the branch you will discuss all the conditions and benefits of the mortgage
- After your approval you will complete the application for and start the mortgage proceedure
- The bank will send and appraiser to your new home to value the property
- Within a maximum of five working days the branch will inform you on the offer available
- Next you will be given apre term sheet that you can use as the banks written promise to you
- After the pre term sheet is presented and signed you will be required to pay the commitment fee
- After signing a period of (maximum) four months is required to arrange:
DASK: (nature disaster insurance) House insurance; İskan Ruhsati (house permission) Approval of the ministry of Defense (Savunma Bakanliği) Tax number and opening a demand deposit account
After collection of all the documents mentioned above the bank will give its final approval and will make an appointment to pay out the loan and put the mortgage on the title deed at the Tapu office
Off Plan Mortgages
The bank will negotiate with the project developers to finance uncompleted houses in a project. Occasionaly loans are available before completion of the propery, or the bank will give an upfront commitment that they will pay out a loan after completion according to the pre-agreed conditions. On the occasion that you do decide to purchase offplan one of our represntatives will introduce you to thye bank and assist with the lending arrangement.
